98.5 contest rules

Classic Rock 98-5 wants to give every listener a chance at winning our prizes. That’s why we have these contest rules.

To play our games, you must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise specified by the specific contest.

You have two weeks to pick up prizes and/or certificates from our studio location at the radio ranch, on State Road 26 on the south side of Kokomo, during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, unless otherwise specified or arranged.

You must use the prize certificate within
30 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated.

Once you win any of our contests, you are ineligible to play any of our contests for one month.

You may be asked to show proof of identity when picking up prizes. Photo ID preferred.

These rules apply to all contests on WMYK, with the exclusion of larger seasonal promotions which may have additional rules. Prize winners are responsible for any taxes or extra fees associated with the prize.

Employees, immediate family members of, and those residing in the same household of employees of WMYK, it’s parent company, 

Mid- America Radio Group Incorporated, 

or any subsidiary thereof, are not eligible.

If you are a sponsor of any of our contests, you, your employees, immediate family members, and those residing in your household, are not eligible to participate in the contest you are sponsoring.

edit, and/or playback your call on the air in part or in its entirety.
